We are looking for a high energy Wellness Coach to assist program participants to develop skills and access resources needed to increase their quality of life and ultimately support recovery from mental health issues. This is accomplished by building on the strengths and capacities of the participants through active engagement in person-centered wellness activities. As a Wellness Coach you will implement and participate in activation, life skills, recreation and/or social activities designed to meet the needs of program participants, providing demonstrations as required. In addition, you will also facilitate intakes and orientations to welcome new participants through an established intake process and provide program and facility training. This is a one year temporary position (maternity leave coverage) from November 7th, 2017 to December 31st, 2018.
