Like you, we are monitoring this rapidly evolving situation surrounding the spread of COVID-19. As always, we remain committed to the health and safety of those who use our services, our staff and our volunteers.
We will continue to provide updates here for all of our programs and services as information becomes available. Please check back regularly for updates.
CMHA Kelowna (504 Sutherland Ave.)
Our main office remains open for phone (250-861-3644) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) inquiries Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
WELLNESS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (WDC)
In keeping with the social distancing requirements, we have closed the WDC but our team is regularly checking in, via phone, with WDC participants. Our fantastic food preparation team of Mandy and Patricia is busy making upwards of 200 meals per day for our housing residents and WDC participants. We are also collaborating with chefs Ross Derrick and Adam Relvas and are now able to provide even more nutritious and hearty meals to our community’s vulnerable population.
Peer Support will now be provided online and over the phone and will be held on the same days and times as usual: Monday 1:00pm-3:00pm & Wednesday 4:00pm-6:00pm. If you have questions about our Peer Support Program you can email email@example.com
Discovery College has suspended all in-person courses. We are providing several sessions of a free, online webinar called Coping with Current Events: Managing Anxiety and Stress. Click here to find out more.
