12 hours that can change your life! Want to know how to feel better right now? This four-week course introduces the principles of the Five Areas of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and will help you understand how to deal with your feelings when fed up, worried, or hopeless, and learn skills that help you tackle life’s problems.
This session will be held at Okanagan College as part of their Continuing Studies Winter (2018) Program from October 18th – November 8th on Thursday’s from 6:00pm – 9:00pm.
