We are experiencing significant growth, and are seeking an energetic Maintenance Coordinator to support our new housing initiatives by providing the overall maintenance at two of our supportive housing locations Gordon Place and Heath House by establishing, monitoring and carrying out preventative maintenance procedures and schedules for buildings, equipment and grounds. In addition to, ensuring our buildings and equipment meet all safety, security and fire regulations and policies. The Maintenance Coordinator performs or assists in a variety of semi-skilled and manual tasks in building and grounds maintenance.
- Grade 12
- Class V BC Driver’s License
- Certificates in CPR, First Aid
- Recent, related experience of two years
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to deal with others effectively
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
- Ability to operate related equipment
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize
