Community Navigation and Outreach Services is funded by both provincial and federal initiatives aimed at reducing homelessness in our community.
Our Community Navigation team works with individuals (19+), couples, and families who are homeless, or at imminent risk of homelessness. Our aim is to assist people to find appropriate housing and to address barriers that may have prevented tenancy from being successful in the past. In addition, our team works in collaboration with the community to ensure that people have the supports necessary to maintain their housing long term.
