Community Roots Navigation Services is funded by BC Housing and the Central Okanagan Foundation. Our Community Roots team works in collaboration with other community agencies in order to best meet the needs of this vulnerable population. We do this through:
Outreach
The first point of contact for individuals who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
Case Management
Our team provides recovery-oriented and harm reduction focused case management and housing support to complex and vulnerable individuals.
Scattered Sites
CMHA Kelowna works with community landlords and acts as the leaseholder in order to provide housing for those can live independently but with some support.
