It’s so important that we create opportunities to open up conversations about mental health. Taking action to #GETLOUD, raise awareness, reduce stigma and show support of friends, family and loved ones experiencing mental health issues takes courage and effort. On June 24th, 2018 please join us! Come as an individual or as part of a team with your family, friends or co-workers and speak up and out about a mentally healthy Kelowna so we can continue to help people of all ages access the help and support they need to live their best lives.

When we hide, mental health stays hidden. When we #GETLOUD about mental health – we help reduce the stigma so more people can get the help they need, earlier. Ride Don’t Hide. It’s more than the name of the event – it’s the reason we’re riding. In any given year, 1 in 5 people in Canada, from all walks of life, will personally experience a mental health problem or illness. It is crucial that we, as a community, keep getting loud about mental health so we can continue to help people of all ages access the help and support they need to live their best lives. When we Ride Don’t Hide we create change.
