David lives with his partner, Angie, in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia which is an area famed for its quality wine production, vineyards and orchards.
David is a fanatic about developing High Performance organizations. David founded SigmaGroup, his company, in 1993 and offers organizational development services throughout Western Canada. David is also passionate about developing leaders! He works with several consultants in SigmaGroup on various projects. Having extensive experience in Organizational Development and Enhancing Leadership Skills, he has motivated many Executives and Leaders to seek their higher meaning and exceed their goals. David has worked with Fortune 500 companies, Government both local and national and small to medium businesses (SME’s).
As a believer in lifelong education David began his formal undergrad studies in Organizational Psychology at an early age with a B.A. Equivalent in Industrial Psychology. This track now includes a Master’s Degree in Leadership (MA) and a Doctorate Degree (PhD: [ABD, Org. Psych]) that is in its final stage (ABD). He is a certified in several psychometric tools such as Keirsey Temperament. David is a university qualified Executive Coach and supports the Human Resource Management Association, (HRMA), is a VIA Character Strengths trained, is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
David has extensive volunteer experience and has served the community in several areas. He is currently proud to be on the Board of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Kelowna as Vice Chair.
