You are not alone.
Who would have guessed that these words would hold such deep meaning in 2020.
Many of us have experienced overwhelming challenges to our well-being this year. We’ve realized that we are pretty good at managing our mental health when things are going okay, but as we all experience long-term collective adversity, many of us realize we aren’t fully prepared to support our own mental health or that of our loved ones.
The truth is, any one of us can struggle with mental health, but no one needs to be alone.
This holiday season, we ask you to join us and give the gift of mental health, supporting programs and services that build resilience.
On behalf of all of us at CMHA Kelowna we wish you a new year of possibilities, hope and good health.

You are not alone.

KINDNESS ROCKS
Decorating rocks with meaningful messages and bright colours popped up in communities across Canada in 2020. Sentiments of “we are all in this together” and “you are not alone” were shared as people found ways to stay physically distanced and active outside.
In a time when we can’t physically hug our friends or close neighbors, it’s through these rocks that we have stayed connected as a community.
CMHA Kelowna is the proud operator and lead agency for Foundry Kelowna
