Wellness

When we feel well, it means as individuals we feel good about our mental and physical well-being in every aspect of our daily lives. At CMHA Kelowna, we create opportunities for individuals to nurture their wellness at home and at work. Take a look at our free online courses available through Discovery College. If you are a workplace, we have a range of options that can be tailored to your specific needs through our Education & Training workshops.
