DO YOU USE A SHARED EMAIL?
If yes, the following is a mandatory workflow to ensure that you have all necessary access and functionality. If you added your shared mailboxes yesterday, PLEASE STILL REVIEW THE WORKFLOW as there is an additional step required to ensure that you can not only SEE the inbox but also actually SEND an email from the shared email box.
UPDATING YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURES
We ask that everyone please update their Outlook signatures either via the web browser version or the desktop version following the attached workflows below. Please note if you have the installed desktop application there is an additional process to add your email signature. There are various signature options available for you depending on your position – if you are unsure please inquire with your team lead or manager. If you run into any issues please contact [email protected]
**If you have updated your desktop application of Outlook to the new Outlook, then no further action is needed – as the signature will automatically copy over from the updates you completed on the web browser version.
