We are here to help. No matter how old or how young, we provide support for families and individuals through programs that promote positive mental health and support recovery, while championing the elimination of barriers that can prevent people from thriving.
Last year, through the generosity of hundreds of donors we helped individuals to improve their mental health, integrate into the community, become more resilient and be supported in their recovery from mental illness.

CMHA Kelowna
CMHA Kelowna is dedicated to the promotion of mental health of all. We do this through: Building Homes, Building Lives, Building Community
Foundry Kelowna
Operated by CMHA Kelowna, Foundry Kelowna supports the well-being of youth aged 12-24 by intervening early so youth can find the help they need, when they need it.
Community Fundraisers
Support a family member, friend or co-worker that has set up an online fundraiser. All funds raised go to CMHA Kelowna and support mental health programs in our community.
Honor or Memory
A gift to honor or to remember is a meaningful way for family and friends to recognize and celebrate someone whose life has been affected by mental health or illness, while supporting others who are in need of CMHA Kelowna programs and services.
