Empowering People to Live Their Best Lives
Youth and Families
Foundry Kelowna offers coordinated mental health, substance use, counselling, and social services for individuals aged 12-24 and their families, with the option of in-person, virtual, or phone appointments, prioritizing early intervention and safety.
Community Roots
Community Roots is a program by CMHA Kelowna that collaborates with community agencies to provide outreach, case management, and housing support, including a Scattered Sites Program, for individuals at risk or experiencing homelessness.
Housing
We take pride in managing five facilities that offer housing and diverse assistance to individuals who are either homeless or on the brink of homelessness. CMHA Kelowna is resolute in its mission to build a secure and welcoming community where everyone has a place to call home.
Prevention & Diversion
At CMHA Kelowna, our goal is to foster a community that prioritizes mental health, and we firmly believe that having a home to call one's own forms the bedrock of this mental well-being.
Virtual Counselling Service
CMHA Kelowna provides free virtual counselling services to adults over 25, couples, families, and caregivers of troubled youth, available on weekdays excluding holidays.
Wellness
CMHA Kelowna's Wellness program offers a variety of free virtual and in-person services to support mental health, including counselling, wellness development sessions, and workshops for adults ages 25 and above.
REnEW
CMHA Kelowna's Renew program offers a variety of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services, including individual and group counselling, to support adults experiencing mental health issues or substance use challenges on their journey to wellness.
