Wellness Grants

There is a current waitlist for grants.
Exercise and socialization are great ways to benefit mental health and well-being. The Wellness Grants program provides an opportunity for people with a mental illness and financial need to access annual fitness memberships for no cost. Through the Wellness Grants program, CMHA Kelowna works with the YMCA to cover 100% of the membership fee for individual grants or for family grants.

Wellness Development Centre

The Wellness Development Centre (WDC) is a place where individuals dealing with mental health issues can connect with others, engage in wellness-based activities, learn and improve mental wellness, and contribute to a vibrant community.  A referral from a health professional is required to access the WDC. Please save the .pdf file to your computer, fill in your answers, and then email it back to CMHA Kelowna.

Contact us at mental.health@cmhakelowna.org or call 250-861-3644 if you have any questions.
