Wellness on Wheels

This service is a first of its kind in BC, mobile unit that provides health and mental health care to young people 12-24 years old in West Kelowna, Westbank First Nation, and Lake Country.

Foundry Kelowna’s Wellness on Wheels

Since opening in 2017 Foundry Kelowna, operated by CMHA Kelowna, has fundamentally changed the way we serve youth in our community who need help. With Foundry Kelowna’s Wellness on Wheels we are continuing that level of support.

The Wellness on Wheels services schedule:

Lake Country

Westbank First Nation

Wednesdays 1pm-6pm at Westbank First Nation Youth Centre, 1880 Quail Lane

West Kelowna


Tuesdays 1pm-6pm at Salvation Army
101-3531 Old Okanagan Hwy.
Thursdays 1pm-6pm at West Kelowna Lions Community Hall, 2466 Main St. (Access off Brown Rd.)
Fridays 9am-4pm in the Child & Youth Mental Health Services building, 15-2484 Main St., West Kelowna

Drop-in available or call 236 420 2803 to make an appointment.

Please note, during the winter season (November – February), the Wellness on Wheels schedule is dependent on weather / road conditions. We encourage you to check the schedule prior to arriving to avoid any inconveniences by calling 236-420-2803. The safety of staff and clients remain our top priority.
