CMHA Kelowna has been housing vulnerable people in Kelowna for more than twenty years. We proudly operate five buildings that provide housing and a variety of supports for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. CMHA Kelowna is determined to create a safe and inclusive community where everyone has a place to call home.

Operated by CMHA Kelowna, Foundry Kelowna supports young peoples’ well-being so they can find the help they need, when they need it. Foundry Kelowna is an integrated clinic that unites partner organizations to provide services addressing the primary care, mental health, substance use, counselling and social service needs of youth 12 – 24 years old and their families.

Discovery College is for anyone and everyone who wants to gain confidence to face life’s challenges. Our courses are developed and delivered in collaboration with people who have knowledge and personal experience in each topic area creating an empowering learning environment where genuine people can share knowledge and practical tools.

CMHA Kelowna is offering virtual counselling services to adults ages 25+, weekdays (excluding holidays). This service is available free of charge to individuals, couples, families, and caregivers of youth who are struggling. Our virtual services are team-based and can be accessed from the comfort of your own home via video chat or phone.

The rising cost of living means that there are many people who are only a paycheque or two away from not being able to pay their rent. Through the Central Okanagan Rent Bank we are able to help increase housing stability in our community for individuals who are experiencing short-term financial difficulties.

REnEW (Residential Energy Efficient Works) is a four-week training program with classroom and hands-on field instruction. This program is open to anyone 18 years or older who has an interest in pursing a career in energy efficiency retrofits. Experience is not required, but participants must have an interest in the trades, a customer service orientation and a “can do” attitude.
