Each year the Mentally Healthy Workplace Awards breakfast supports community mental health programming and sheds light on the importance of mental health in the workplace. Business professionals, along with CMHA Kelowna celebrate three local businesses that are demonstrating leadership towards the promotion of mental health in their workplaces. The awards categories are for small business (1-20 employees), medium business (21-45 employees) and large business (more than 46 employees). Breakfast attendees are provided tools and strategies that can be implemented in their workplaces to help foster mental health and are inspired to take action through our annual keynote speaker.
The 2018 awards took place November 20th with more than 230 attendees. Click here to find out more about who was honoured at the event.
This year’s keynote address was given by retired Lieutenant Colonel Stéphane Grenier. It was an impactful and thought provoking address and Stéphane was kind enough to provide us his power point to share. Click here to see the slides from the keynote address.
Sponsoring this event provides you with an opportunity to reach a large audience of business owners, managers and supervisors, entrepreneurs, and other community leaders. To find out more about our sponsorship opportunities please contact Shari Slattery, Fund Development Manager.
