12 hours that can change your life! Want to know how to feel better right now? This course introduces the principles of the Five Areas of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and will help you understand how to deal with your feelings when fed up, worried, or hopeless, and learn skills that help you tackle life’s problems. Each session is expertly moderated by a licensed instructor from the Canadian Mental Health Association.
