Understanding Mental Health Disorders – A Community Survey (UBC)

January 18, 2017 By Leave a Comment

The University of British Columbia is conducting a study and you may be eligible to participate! Please note that this is a courtesy posting for UBC:

We are interested in learning about people’s attitudes and beliefs about mental health disorders and their treatment. This will help in creating programs that promote greater awareness of these disorders and available treatment options. You will be entered to win a $50.00 gift card for Amazon.ca (at least 10 prizes).

You are invited to take a 30-minute online survey if you:

  • Live in the Okanagan (central or south regions) or the Similkameen Valley,
  • Are 17 years of age or older
  • Can read and understand English (about Grade 9 level)

For more information, please contact: Courtney Chrusch or Ian Pryzdial at: [email protected]. You may also contact Carolyn Szostak, the Principal Investigator, at 250-807- 8736 or email: [email protected].

To take the survey, go to: https://survey.ubc.ca/s/OKSS-mh- survey/
